  • Q1: How long is the warranty period?
    Generally, we offer one year warranty. It can be extend to two years with a few charges.
  • Q2: How about your after-sales service?
    We have professional after-sales service team, they are available 24/7, you can reach us by email, Whatsapp, Wechat, or phone call. Within the warranty time, we will cover the cost of shipping and spare parts once it has quality problem, artificial damage will collect accessories cost and shipping fee. When the warranty period is expired, malfunction and failure caused by improper operation, the spare parts and shipping cost should be born by the user, no service fee be charged.
  • Q3: How to install the lights?
    For hospitals clients, when you received our products, please install the lamp in accordance with the service manual and installation requirement. A video call is available, too. For distributors, wholesalers, dealers or retailers, we can train your engineer if it is needed. As the installation is very important for the performance, we keep improving the packing and spare parts, so they easy to be installed.
  • Q4: Where have you export your products?
    So far, our products are sold to over 15 countries in Southeast Asia, Middle East, South America, Europe, Africa, such as Bangladesh, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, South Korea, Mongolia, Pakistan, Yemen, Slovenia, El Salvador, Russia, UK, Nigeria, Zambia, Kenya, USA etc.

    We have CE, ISO13458, ISO9001, Free Sales Certificate, while the IEC60601 will available soon.
  • Q6: Can you assist us with registration?
    Yes, we can. We’ve assisted the Indonesia, Pakistan client to do registration.
